AUTOMATIC BOILER -VERNER A25 kW
The automatic hot-water boiler VERNER A25 is designated for the comfortable and environmentally friendly heating of family houses, flats, workshops and similar buildings, with the possibility of using alternative fuels.
Burning is performed in a special burner with automatic grating which enables the burning of fuels with higher sintering capacity of ashes. The fuel is fed from the feeding hopper to the burner by screw feeder with a rotation closure. The burning air supply is ensured with a pressure fan.
Excellent adjustability
The output can be adjusted by an electronic controller with a microprocessor. Using the controller clock, it is possible to pre-select an arbitrary weekly output variation. The controller can also be connected to the flat (apartment) heating controller.
High efficiency
The boiler complies with the strictest emission requirements of European standards. Due to the large area of the waste gases exchanger, the boiler achieves exceptionally high efficiency.
Low operation demands
The operator does not need to start the heating process - the boiler is equipped with an automatic hot-air heating up or it is possible to set it to steady-heat operation of arbitrary length. The operation is made easier also due to the large feeding hopper. It is sufficient to carry out the feeding once in 2 - 3 days. The boiler can also be equipped with a silo containing fuel supply for the whole season.
Long life
The boiler drum is welded from massive steel plates, which are 5 mm thick. Parts under heat stress are from quality heat resistant steel. The components in touch with the fuel or under heat stress are easily replaceable.
